1. Soak your feet: Soak your feet in warm water for 10–15 minutes to soften the hardened skin and calluses.
2. File gently: Pat your feet dry with a clean towel. Holding the ergonomic handle, move the stainless steel rasp in gentle, back-and-forth or circular motions over areas with thickened, dead skin. 
3. Moisturize: Rinse your feet thoroughly to remove any loose debris, dry them, and immediately apply a rich foot cream or petroleum jelly to lock in moisture.
