Ingredients;
- Chicken breast or boti
 - Chana dal (chickpeas)
 - Onions
 - Garlic
 - Ginger
 - Green chilies
 - Coriander leaves
 - Spices like garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, all spice, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, black pepper
 - Salt
 - Beaten eggs for dipping
 
Shami Kabab can be served with rice,roti or Nan.
Cooking instructions;
Frying pan: preheat a lightly oiled pan.Fry frozen product over medium heat turning until cooked.
Deep frying: preheat to oil frying temperature 180°c.Deep fry frozen product tuning gently for 2-3 minutes or until brown.
