How To Use:
1- Ensure device is fully charged, Apply water based gel or lotion on area where you want to apply the Massage pad. it will help you conductivity & Comfort during the massage.
2- Place EMS Massager on either side of effected area.
3- Turn On the massager pad by pressing Power on button. The device offers multiple intensity levels, allowing you to customize the massage experience according to your need.
4- Once the device is powered on, Desired settings are selected, sit back and relax. Take slow, deep breaths to help your muscles loosen and release tension.
5- It is recommended to use the massager approximately 15-20 minutes,
